Facebook scheduling FAQ

Can PostSyncer schedule posts to my personal Facebook profile?

No. Meta’s API only allows publishing to Facebook Pages, so connect the Pages you admin. Personal profiles cannot be scheduled by any third-party tool.

How long can a scheduled Facebook Reel be?

Up to 90 seconds in 1080×1920. Longer videos publish as regular Page videos, which can run up to 240 minutes.

What happens if Facebook is still processing my video at publish time?

PostSyncer checks the processing status and publishes as soon as Facebook marks the video ready, then retries if Facebook rejects the encode.

Can I schedule to Facebook and Instagram together?

Yes. Connect the Page and the Instagram Business account linked to it, compose once and schedule both from the same post.

Do link previews work on scheduled posts?

Yes. Paste a URL and Facebook generates the preview card from the destination page’s Open Graph tags when the post publishes.
